The 1500+ cases mediated by Joan Morrow have involved employment disputes, discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation and the break-up of businesses and professional firms. They have included contract claims, and insurance coverage disputes, as well as class and/or actions involving discrimination and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The parties who have sought Joan's services for the resolution of their cases have included major national and international corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, federal and state agencies, colleges and universities and individual parties.
Joan is very capable at mediating tough cases and at structuring the mediation to ensure the greatest likelihood of successful resolution. Since 2001, when she relocated from Minnesota to Virginia, Joan has been an East Coast - based mediator. She now has offices in Richmond and Williamsburg, Virginia. She mediates cases in Richmond, Eastern and Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and the Mid-Atlantic States.
